CU Mock Orchestra Audition

I want to thank Karl Fenner, double bassist in the Colorado Symphony, for a judging the CU College of Music double bass studio Mock Audition in the Chamber Hall here at the College of Music yesterday. Twelve students performed excerpts from Mozart's Symphony No.39, Symphony No.40, and Beethoven's 5th Symphony. Karl gave great feedback to each student and then demonstrated each of the excerpts. He also gave a very informative presentation on his approach to "off the string" strokes. Thank you Karl. Paul Erhard
